There are few places in the world as pristine as the Boundary Waters of Northern Minnesota. Ever since I first went there as a boy with the Scouts I was drawn to it. The bond I have for the BWCA only grows with age. This is one of my all time favorite photos from one of my all time favorite places. It might be because of the family/friends who are in the canoe, the meaning behind that specific trip or that it was a pristine day.
